Official Terms and Conditions for Participation in Poker

Participation in the online poker games (collectively the "Games") is open to residents of legal age in a jurisdiction of residence, where the Games are not prohibited. A person who participates in the Games is hereafter called "Player".

By launching the client application, opening an account, use and reuse of such an account, participation in the Games, or acceptance of any prize, Player represents, warrants and certifies all of the following:

1. Player becomes party to the terms and conditions specified in this document and in the House Rules and House Policies in the House Policies section of this website and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, including any revisions that may periodically take place. Player agrees to that the operator of the Games may stop any payment of a deposit and/or a winning if the player is in breach of the terms and conditions of the Games.

2. Player fully understands the standards and laws, as such standards and laws relate to the Games, of the community/legal jurisdiction where he/she is resident. Player has the complete and unrestricted legal right to participate in the Games and any government with proper jurisdiction does not prohibit Player's participation in the Games.

3. Player has reached the age of 18 or the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

4. Player shall not allow any other person or third party; including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse Player's account, accept any Prize, or participate in the Games.

5. Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any awarded prize are the sole responsibility of Player. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for any other prize.

6. Player's participation in the Games is personal and not professional

7.  Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Games, prizes, web site, client application, Boss Poker Rooms (Boss Casinos Ltd.), and/or WebDollar Ltd., St Minver Ltd. shall be governed by the laws of the Gibraltar Government.
