How to add Butlins Poker to my address book

How do I register a debit/credit card?

If you did not register a credit/debit card whilst registering your poker account, you can click the on the 'Cashier' button and click on 'make an account deposit'. A new window with your Cashier account will open and if you do not have a credit card registered you will automatically be redirected to the card registrations page. Once you have successfully registered your card details you will be able to make a deposit.

How do I deposit money via the Butlins Poker software?

Click on the 'Cashier' button in the poker software and in the Cashier click on 'make an account deposit'. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click the 'submit' button. When you want to transfer money from your account into the poker software click the 'Cashier' button and enter the amount you wish to transfer and click the 'Buy Chips' button. When you log off the software the money in the software will be automatically transferred back to your account.

Do I need to install any software?

You can either download and install Butlins Poker on your PC or play with instant poker, which uses a Flash Gaming Client. You need the latest version of Flash Player to use instant play and you can download it for free here: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/

Nothing happens when I try to launch the Butlins Poker instant play!

This is almost always caused by pop-up blockers installed in your web browser. The best solution would be to change your pop-up blocker settings to allow pop-ups from Butlins Poker!

I am experiencing graphical errors during instant play

This problem is caused by not having Flash Player installed or you are using an old version of it. You can install Flash Player for Free by clicking on this link: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/
